Vibrocil nasal spray reduces nasal oedema in colds, acute and chronic rhinitis, hay fever, allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis and sinusitis. Also used as adjunctive therapy for otitis media and before or after nasal surgery.

What is Vibrocil Nasal Spray?

Vibrocil Nasal Spray contains two active ingredients — phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant) and dimethindene maleate (an antihistamine) — providing rapid and sustained relief from nasal congestion and runny nose caused by infections or allergic conditions of the upper respiratory tract. The unique formulation effectively addresses these symptoms without disrupting the normal function of the nasal epithelium.

Vibrocil Indications

Vibrocil is used to reduce nasal oedema in:

  • Colds
  • Acute and chronic rhinitis
  • Hay fever and other allergic rhinitis (including allergy to house dust and animal hair)
  • Vasomotor rhinitis
  • Sinusitis

Vibrocil can also be used as adjunctive therapy for otitis media, and as pre- or postoperative treatment for nasal surgeries as recommended by a doctor.

If you do not feel better after 7 days, or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor.

Active Ingredients (per ml)

  • Phenylephrine: 2.5 mg
  • Dimethindene maleate: 0.25 mg

Other Ingredients

Benzalkonium chloride, anhydrous disodium phosphate, citric acid monohydrate, sorbitol (E420), lavender flavour (Lavandulae), and purified water.

Dosage

  • Children under 1 year of age: Not recommended.
  • Children aged 1 to 6 years (under adult supervision): 1–2 drops in each nostril, 3–4 times a day.
  • Children aged 6 to 12 years (under adult supervision): 3–4 drops in each nostril, 3–4 times daily.
  • Teenagers over 12 years and adults: 3–4 drops in each nostril, 3–4 times a day.
