What is Bronchalis-Heel?
Bronchalis-Heel 50 Tablets is a homeopathic combination medicine for bronchial catarrh and smoker’s catarrh. It is composed of several individual homeopathic remedies whose drug pictures complement each other. Homeopathy is understood as a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic diseases.
Bronchalis-Heel Indications
The application areas are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures and include:
- Bronchial catarrh
- Smoker’s catarrh
The use of this homeopathic remedy in these areas is based exclusively on homeopathic experience. In severe forms of these diseases, clinically proven therapy is indicated. If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.
Before Taking Bronchalis-Heel
Do not use Bronchalis-Heel if you are allergic to: Atropa bella-donna, Lobaria pulmonaria, Kalium stibyltartaricum, Kreosotum, Psychotria ipecacuanha, Lobelia inflata, Hyoscyamus niger, Bryonia, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Warnings and Precautions
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Bronchalis-Heel. When taking homeopathic medicines, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial reaction). Such reactions are mostly harmless. Discontinue the medicine if symptoms do not improve. After the initial reaction has subsided, the medicine can be taken again. Discontinue again if symptoms intensify.
Any prolonged treatment with a homeopathic remedy should be checked by a doctor experienced in homeopathy, as adverse drug test symptoms (new symptoms) may occur if the remedy is not taken as indicated.
Do not use Bronchalis-Heel in children under 6 years of age, since there is insufficient data available to prove it is safe.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or intend to take any other medicinal products. No interactions with other medicinal products have been reported so far.
The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely affected by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants.
Pregnancy and Breast-Feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or suspect you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. There is no evidence of any particular risk for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding, but caution is advised.
Driving and Operating Machinery
Bronchalis-Heel has no or negligible effect on driving and the ability to operate machinery.
Bronchalis-Heel Contains Lactose
If you are known to suffer from a sugar intolerance, please take Bronchalis-Heel only after consulting your doctor.
How to Take Bronchalis-Heel
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 3 times daily, 1 tablet. In acute conditions: every 1–2 hours, 1 tablet (maximum 8 times daily).
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 2 times daily, 1 tablet. In acute conditions: every 1–2 hours, 1 tablet (maximum 8 times daily).
Children under 6 years: Do not use Bronchalis-Heel in children under 6 years of age.
Let the tablets dissolve slowly under the tongue. Take before meals. When symptoms improve, reduce the frequency of use. If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, contact your doctor.
No cases of overdose have been reported. Do not take twice the amount if you have forgotten a dose.
Storing Bronchalis-Heel
Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original pack. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not dispose of medicines in waste water or household waste.

Each tablet contains the following active ingredients: Atropa bella-donna D4 30 mg, Lobaria pulmonaria D4 30 mg, Kalium stibyltartaricum D4 30 mg, Kreosotum D5 30 mg, Psychotria ipecacuanha D4 30 mg, Lobelia inflata D4 30 mg, Hyoscyamus niger D4 60 mg, Bryonia D4 60 mg.
Other ingredients: 300 mg lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.
