What is Aflubin Oral Drops? Homeopathic Cold and Flu Treatment
Aflubin Oral Drops are a complex homeopathic preparation with anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, antipyretic, and detoxifying action. The drops have antiviral activity, promote increased activity of nonspecific local immunity factors, and reduce the intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, normalising the function of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.
Aflubin Oral Drops Composition (per 100 ml)
- Gentiana D1 — 1 ml
- Aconitum D6 — 10 ml
- Bryonia dioica D6 — 10 ml
- Ferrum phosphoricum D12 — 10 ml
- Acidum sarcolacticum D12 — 10 ml
- Excipient: ethanol 43% (by weight) — 59 ml
Aflubin Oral Drops Indications
- Treatment and prevention (planned and emergency) of influenza, parainfluenza, and other acute respiratory diseases, to alleviate symptoms as part of complex therapy
- Treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases accompanied by joint pain
Dosage
Single doses: adults and teenagers — 10 drops; children aged 1–12 years — 5 drops; children under 1 year — 1 drop.
In the early stages of illness or for rapid symptom relief: every half hour to one hour, 8–10 drops per dose, up to 8 doses, until improvement. Then reduce to 3 times daily.
For routine influenza prevention: twice daily for 3 weeks, starting at the beginning of the cold season or one month before the expected peak.
For emergency prevention after contact with an infected individual: twice daily for 2 days.
For inflammatory and rheumatic diseases with joint pain: 3–8 times daily for the first 2 days, then 3 times daily for one month.
Take 30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal. Drops may be taken neat or diluted in 1 tablespoon of water. For children under 1 year, dilute in 1 teaspoon of water or breast milk. Hold the drug in the mouth for a while before swallowing.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Side Effects and Overdose
Rarely: increased salivation. No cases of overdose have been registered to date. No clinically significant drug interactions have been established.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding will be determined on an individual basis by a healthcare professional.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light and strong electromagnetic fields. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life: 5 years.
